REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on Physical products only (Services such as Accurate Analysis are not Applicable ) WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN RESALABLE CONDITION.

DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all purchases within 7 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, Amazon, DHL & Fedex. Generally you can expect your Physical items with 1-2 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on Physical products only (Services such as Accurate Analysis are not Applicable ) WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN RESALABLE CONDITION. The Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Long Thread Media Offices.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can't make changes, but you can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.

To cancel an order, first go to your orders Page, If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to enter your order number from your order confirmation email, along with your email address. Next, open the order you want to cancel, then tap or click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts.

If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be canceled.

But don’t worry—you can Return Physical Items ( Services Such as Accurate Analysis is not Applicable ) If in resalable Condition for any reason WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY for a full refund. Beyond 10 days after Delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.
